Visas
Do i need to provide my own visas?
It is mandatory to provide all travel documents and visas requested from you for your trip. It is your obligation to comply with the rules in the country of departure, arrival and transit during your travel. Corendon Airlines shall not be responsible for any problems that may arise due to non-compliance with relevant legislation, instructions and laws, negligence, and failure to provide the necessary documents.
In accordance with the rules in the country you are traveling to, you should have the entrance and exit documents, health documents and all other documents with you before traveling and if necessary, you should submit samples of these documents.
Corendon Airlines is not responsible for any loss or expense that may arise in the event that you fail to comply with the relevant rules, and Corendon Airlines reserves the right not to admit you to the airplane.

Can I buy tickets before I get a visa for the country I am going to?
Yes, you can purchase your ticket prior to your visa being approved however, depending on the ticket fare you purchased you may not be entitled to a refund.
Where a ticket fare allows for a refund the amount refund will be determined by date of travel.

Does my child need a passport?
All passengers including Infants and children require a valid passport in order to travel. For flights arriving in Turkey, the list of citizens who can travel only with their national identity documents without a passport can be accessed from here

I have dual citizenship and multiple passports. Which one should I say when asked about my citizenship or country?
